SY2020-21 Our January Activities

Our classes resumed on the 12th of January 2021. Everyone came back refreshed with a positive attitude, ready to start the New Year with the hope of a safe and healthy environment.

Our writing competition was a complete success. All the children showed their much-improved writing skills.

The arts and craft gave them an experience with a traditional  Pellet Drum or Den-den  Daiko. The den-den daiko (でんでん太鼓) is a  Japanese pellet drum made popular in the film The Karate Kid part II.

.

We also celebrated our January birthdays. They had so much fun telling about their dreams and what presents they wanted.

SY 2020-21 Our December Activities

Can you believe that Christmas is here? The spirit of Christmas is around the corner. The lights, the music, the goodies…and the snow! The children made their Christmas cards and ornaments for their loved ones. They enjoyed our wonderful Birthday and Christmas Parties. Since the year 2020 is almost over, the children helped to clean up the school premises; The cold weather did not stop the children from doing their outdoor activities either. And most importantly, our school helped the typhoon Ulysses victims in the Philippines. It really was the most wonderful time of the year! We wish you a Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year! See you on January 12, 2021.

We did lots of activities like arts and crafts for autumn, harvesting sweet potatoes from the garden, safety class, birthday party, cooking day, and many great read-aloud and comprehension lessons! November was also the most important month of the year where we celebrated our 15th Foundation Day.
