Happy Birthday to our August celebrants. We wish you all the best.

SUMMER COOKING DAY そうめん

We cooked somen noodles for summer lunch. It is garnished with tomato, cucumber,　kamaboko fish cake and crab meat toppings. Seasoned with the popular dashi soy sauce with cold water.

Fun day for everyone to see their handcraft on sale. We made things out of recycle materials. Each classroom was transformed into a different shopping environment chosen by the children which included TOY SHOP, FLOWER SHOP, FOOD SHOP and PET SHOP.It was a busy day for everyone!

SUIKAWARI (watermelon splitting)スイカ割

SUIKAWARI (watermelon splitting)-The children enjoyed the traditional Japanese game, SUIKAWARI (watermelon splitting).They tried their best to split the watermelon with stick while they were blindfolded. It was an amazing summer experience.
